This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used by runaria.ai(the "Site"), pursuant to the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021 and Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to the user's device, where they are stored and sent back to the same sites on the next visit. Similar technologies (e.g. local storage) allow information to be stored on the device for technical purposes.
2. Cookies used by the Site
The Site uses exclusively first-party technical cookies and local-storage technologiesthat are necessary for the Site to work correctly or used for purposes strictly connected to the delivery of the service. For these tools, under the Authority's Guidelines, no user consent is required.

3. Usage statistics
To measure Site usage in aggregate form, the controller uses statistical tools that do not install profiling cookies and do not track users across different sites:
- Umami — a cookieless analytics solution self-hosted by the controller (umami.evoseed.it): it does not use cookies and does not collect identifying personal data.
- First-party statistics — the controller records aggregate navigation data (pages visited, referrer, language) with the IP address anonymised at the time of collection. These tools do not install cookies on the device.
The Site does not use profiling cookies, third-party marketing cookies or advertising pixels.
4. Managing cookies from the browser
Users can manage or delete cookies and local-storage data at any time through their browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may impair some Site features. Instructions for the most common browsers:
